The Porsche 911 Turbo S has gone extra special, with the announcement this week of a new Exclusive Series variant.

The limited-edition 911 Turbo S Exclusive Series enters above the ‘regular’ Turbo S, the top-shelf 911, which is itself priced at a big $461,900 before on-road costs.

Let the dealer walk you over to the Exclusive and you’ll be looking at a $590,700 spend before costs, marking a nearly $130,000 step up.

The difference is enough to stick with the slightly less exclusive Turbo S and add a Cayman in the space next to it, with a few options thrown in. Still, all of this will matter little to he or she that signs on the dotted line for a 911 Turbo S Exclusive.

When they do, it’ll be a 19kW and 50Nm more powerful Porsche that awaits them, loaded with a number of driving and styling tweaks.

There’s a unique Golden Yellow Metallic paint job (along with other “carefully selected” hues), and a host of carbon-fibre items like the bonnet, roof and side skirts. Visible carbon-weave strips along the bonnet and roof are also featured for a speed-stripe design.

Porsche’s Turbo Aerokit wing features at the rear, along with a new rear apron and a carbon-fibre ram-air scoop, set above black stainless-steel twin tailpipes. Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur plates are also featured on the wings, and this name will be used to represent any Exclusive works in the future.

Inside, there are 18-way adjustable seats trimmed in perforated leather, with the inside layer featuring two Golden Yellow stripes. The seams and Turbo S lettering are in the same Golden Yellow, and that hue features again on the Alcantara roof lining.

A fine copper threading is worked into the carbon-fibre weave in the cabin, and there’s also a plate that indicates the limited-edition vehicle’s number in the range.

There’s also a series of luggage items included, featuring two carryalls, a day bag and a suit bag, developed to fit into the luggage space forward of the cabin.

Lastly, there’s also a wristwatch in the mix, with a new Porsche Design Chronograph 911 Turbo S Exclusive timepiece included with the purchase.

Porsche Design’s most expensive watch right now is the €6950 (AU$10,360) MonoBloc Actuator, but the value of this new Exclusive item has not been specified. But, given it is available only with the car in question, this is no surprise.

Both the 911 Turbo S Exclusive and its accompanying timepiece are limited to 500 units globally, available here in “extremely limited numbers”.

Porsche’s local arm has revealed to CarAdvice that it has taken a small number of orders thus far, but would not confirm a specific number.
